Our current Centre Director is moving to pastures new and so we wish to appoint a creative, visionary leader to lead forward our work with children and young people in North Staffs and beyond.

The job will involve a range of skills including managing & overseeing projects, building authentic partnerships with local churches and individuals, delivering the vision and strategy plan, supporting children's and youth workers and working with other Youth for Christ centres.

At present the work of the Centre focuses on children's work and the 'Eavesdrop' mentoring project but there is the opportunity to grow and expand the ministry.

NSYFC are looking for Christian applicants who are experienced, creative, visionary leaders committed to working in partnership with local churches, children's and youth workers and other organisations and who are passionate and able to engage young people and adults.

Salary £20-24K depending upon experience this is a full-time post.

CULTIVATE Thursday 13th March

Join us on Saturday March 1st from 10-12 for a morning of crafts, games and other activities to inspire your work with children. Cultivate - our monthly training and networking event for youth leaders celebrates its first birthday this month.
